Sam was found tied to a fence with a belt around her neck in Loxahatchee by a police officer on February 19th while on duty...He was told to simply leave her there, in the dark and freezing cold, but he wouldn't. Feeling Fine Canine and Equine Rescue was called and we rushed to go save Sam... Sam is now healthy, happy, and ready to find her forever home. Please consider adopting or donating to Sam's care.
